Higher and Better Use Land for Sale

The mouth of the Gualala River, the town of Gualala, GRI’s Lower Mill Site and Mill Bend can be seen adjacent to The Sea Ranch coastal subdivision and golf course development.  The bridge crossing the Gualala River connects Sonoma and Mendocino counties via Highway One. 

There are several zoned development opportunities among GRI's "higher and better use" land. The Lower Mill site is zoned “Gualala Planned Development” allowing for many options. There is a commercial lot on Center Street in downtown Gualala which is zoned “Gualala Village Mixed Use."
